In response to the amount of messages asking if we do a cleaning service, we decided it was time to offer one for any VHS Video, bought or recorded by yourself. Having now become a popular and ever growing name for selling VHS Video Tapes with 100% seller rating, we have gained a lot of experience in cleaning them to an immaculate standard to ensure the best quality playback we can offer. Maybe you just found your big box Nightmare on Elm Street in the loft and want it looking and playing its best again or maybe you want your child's christening from the 90s on USB. We can help!

What do the packages include?  We have tried to keep everything as simple as possible for you.  All prices include postage for you to send your VHS Tapes to us and the return postage back to you with the products you have chosen when completed. All you have to do is pack them up in a box, print off the postage we send you and drop them off at your nearest Royal Mail drop point.  

Are there different prices for different levels of mould?  No, one price for one problem. Whether it's light mould or heavy mould, it's still mould and that is still the same problem so it will get the same thorough clean on the reels, tape, casing and everywhere it could be hiding. (Please note we can not do anything with BROWN mould apart from clean it off as this particular mould will in a way melt/stick to the actual magnetic tape and in every case we've seen has ruined the playback)  

Can I send more than 1 video and is it cheaper?  You can send us up to 5 videos in one order. You will get a 15% discount on your order if you purchase 2 or more items. We cap it at 5 videos as we want to keep the turn around time as cost effective and timely for you as possible.  

How does your conversion service work?  Depending on whether you have asked for the video to be cleaned or not, once it is ready, we will rip the video on to a computer and then enhance it with our software. We will then either put it on to USB or burn it to DVD. The DVD option comes with a case, bespoke cover and professional label on the DVD.

What is your turn around time?  Tough one to answer as it depends on what you send and how many you send but we will aim to have them back out in the post to you within 5 working days of when we receive them from you.  

What formats do you accept?  Currently, as this is only part of the business and not the sole business, we can only accept PAL or NTSC VHS Video Tapes.  

Can you have a look at the video before I purchase?  Of course! Send us a picture or two of the video and we can advise what we think is best!
